- I have decided to search far and wide for some more shock lands. This brings me to opening a Ravnica Allegiance Booster Box
Our aim is to be the single largest magic the gathering channel on youtube, with no exceptions. We're going to bring you everything from unique box openings, limited deck techs and much more! I couldn't believe it was true when Purp said you were back to opening magic product. I'm glad to see you back because when I was getting into magic 5 years ago you were one of the few channels at the time who gave advice on building a collection that was realistic for a 14 year old with no job (Meaning you suggested products rather than buy singles all the time). I'm looking forward to seeing more of your content and listening to it while I work my way through research papers to keep me relatively sane.

Great to see this channel back, I don't even play magic but I love the easily consumable-non political content. Maybe we can bring back dead TCGs? that was by far my favorite series on this channel.

If you like dead TCGs thats my speciality! I open booster boxes (or starters depending on my whim or the game needs) and then I try to build decks with it before lastly playing the game with either one of my two sons.
Right now we are going through a game called 'Hyborian Gates'.

Rav Allegiance was the first booster box I bought in 20+years last Sept. when I started back into MtG. I think I got 2 or 3 shocklands plus a Hydroid Krasis, and a few others I dont recall. I think Smothering Tithe is in this set, too. Its been spiking a bit lately.
I'm loving getting MtG content from Jeremy. Unsleeved had already gone into hibernation when I first started watching Quartering and its been great seeing content just talking cards and cracking packs.
I learned about making my boosters boxes last better with this MysteryBoosters release. I still have a sealed box left, and I opened the first one 4pks ar a time to make them last. Opening up the second one in a few mins, hoping to pull that Mana Crypt....

Before the recent reprints shock lands reached like 16-30 depending on which one it was and then dropped to like 10 each have only just started to go up again recently.

You should get some Ikoria boxes before they hit the States officially. You can import them. Also, Japanese Ikoria or War of the Spark have exclusive alternate art cards in them. Those might draw more votes because the openings are a bit unique.
