Great interview! Enjoy all the interviews James, spot on m8. The way Paul explains how his head is is the same as mine has been since a was a kid. Had a bad time myself and been rock bottom a few times 100%. Finally got some help after 22 years in the form of EMDR (eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing). It 100% made my mind a lot better. Those thoughts, feelings and memories that hurt me and caused me so much misery for years are now very faint and dont have any feelings associated with them. Amazing treatment and I believe it might be worth a shot for Paul as I believe it could help him too. 👍

What does this even mean though? You want a country full of people who think it's okay to stab someone q few times just depends how far he determines you can push it in...
He literally said we useto stab them in the arse. That's one of the worst places to stab someone. I bet he stabbed people in the legs aswell, also one of the worst places to stab someone. Trying to put himself on a pedestal or have some sort if higher moral ground because where he chose to stab people. This mentality is fucked blaming this generation when you glorify someone the exact same as a person who grew up like me. They're no better because of the era they where born or fake street morals they pretend to have had.

Feel like his loyalty is tied to the approval that Paul got from his friend. It’s a very deep and dark cycle that he is in and It resonates so sincerely with me. I can feel his pain, tied to the family situation and the subsequent addiction issues. A huge warning to all of the dangers of not digging deeply into urself because it seems like he has transitioned the appreciation he required from his father even more deeply into gaining the recognition from people who don’t love him.
Into the words that he needs to be associated with - into those people who he wants to call him a stand up guy.
He’ll have the same reaction when they disappoint him as when his father looked down on him after getting shot. Hope he can look internally and into the family he has created (wife and kids) rather than the one he was born into and the gangster one he joined.
Thanks for creating and sharing James.

What you see is what you get with Paul, what a warrior of a man... doesn’t come across like a bully or someone who’s proud of his past, the opposite really.. really enjoyed this one James and all the best to you Paul.

Superb interview with a genuine heavyweight face. Great interview from James who just gets better and better and has the skill to let his subjects talk and reveal.
Any fool can see PT is obviously covering for George. If Patsy can't see that he owes Paul big time, then the years and money have made him forget how important it is to be right, even when you are wrong.

Stephen French has transformed himself into a character from a Guy Ritchie movie, it seems to get him work though and a mans got to make a living. This guy seems 100% more genuine, he reminds me of someone you'd meet in a rough pub telling mad stories
