I noticed a weird smell, not of leather, but fungus/mushroom. They say it's from Mastrotto, an Italian tannery. Reading the comment here that it falls apart makes me worried now.
I think I might know what you’re talking about, most likely that’s the inner fabric. It does smell a little funky. I would take those kinds of comments with a grain of salt cus I’ve have mine a month before this video dropped and I haven’t noticed any falling apart at all and I use it like every weekend 👍🏼
Can we put a 14inch mac in the 118 folio, the 118 folio is better organised as compared to 120folio for 14inches. Will there be any chance of damaging the laptop?
Hello! Yes your 14 in MacBook would be able to fit in here. My new 16in M1Max fits in here perfectly with even a little breathing room. A 14in would be a little looser so keep this in mind. I don’t see there being any damage but keep in mind the tolerances will be a lot looser so try not to put any gadgets next to the laptop in the main sleeve to avoid any kind of scratches. Hope this helps!
Not at all! Also its not like a "snug" fit which I actually prefer since it helps the MacBook slide in much easier. Just make sure you get the right size. I'm using a 16" in the video so please get the right size according to your MacBook!
i owned some of their stuff and their leather is low quality and wears off quick. my iphone case basically disintegrated compared to apple’s own leather cases. and yes i have many full grain leather products and grams just doesn’t have leather that’s even close. i suspect it’s not even true full grain leather. the card case i bought from them feels like cheap plastic. but i admit their designs are very nice, it’s just not built well.
@@SideofTech eh it’d be replaced by something sub par so it wasn’t worth the time to go back and forth with customer service on it. i bought multiple items so i had a good enough feel for the overall quality.

Dang I’m sorry to hear that. Have you tried using the lifetime warranty they have? Might be worth a shot!

Does the zipper scratch the MacBook?
It never has in my experience!
How’s the padding for drop protection ?
Hello! Protection isn’t too bad. It will definitely protect your laptop from a fall. Not a 2 story fall but a normal one yes!
