It seems like Giblet's SSG: Dark Ki Unleash form is stronger than Shallot's Super Saiyan Blue form, since their base forms are about equal and they both fought Golden Frieza, who most likely master his Golden form since their last encounter, and Giblet seemed to put a better fight than Shallot did against Frieza. Also, Shallot's base form should be stronger than Post-ToP Goku's base form, since Shallot had hold his own against evil opponents like Golden Frieza and Goku Black with just SSG, SSB Shallot should easily defeat Golden Frieza, who should be strong as Tournament of Power version.
SSB Shallot wasn't into fighting Golden Freeza and was more worried about Giblet , the same way he kept losing to Freeza back when he was in SSG until Majin Vegeta helped him restore his pride
