This had such a impact on me, I closed my eyes, they where filled with tears that snook out and rolled down my cheeks. I need to changes never even considered this. I take my body for granted. I felt ashamed with some of my actions and I am going to be mindful moving forward 🙏🏾.
So glad this was in English because I only know basic Sikh words. Could listen to you all day. Going to make a point to listen to one video a night before I go to sleep. Can’t thank you enough I feel like a different person 🙏🏾
