Very excited for this map! I wanted a east or southern Asia based map for a while now. The devs sure did a awesome job!
Problem is 2 of these species are illegal to hunt

The artists really decided to go off. The white, mela, and pseudo mela absolutely go 1 2 3 for my favorite animals in the game. Used to be fallows but the rare tigers are now the top 3 and it’s not even close. Also the tahr models are some of the best in the game. The fluff is absolutely fantastic. Really gives hope to some of the other lackluster fluffy animals in the game like lions. Would love to see them backfilled to te, especially in the high mountains to give another reason besides chamois to go hunt up there. I think the feeling of seeing a white tiger stalking thru the jungle will absolutely be as awesome as seeing a great one. Can’t wait. I won’t be able to play the map for a pretty long time, which sucks, but super excited to see what other people can find.
Super excited for this one. I love all of the maps but I have never been in more excitement for a release. The artistic and realistic aspect of this map is off the charts. Great job to all the creators. Highly excited!

I play all kind of different games where they also have some hunting like in survival games... But never ever have I seen animals created by artists and developers from Expensive world that look so good as in Hunter Call of the wild. Once I build my own rig just for this game and the game, the maps, weapons etc etc are out of this world.... EW, Jaxy thank you so much ♥

It would be pretty cool for the future if you'd change the looks and the animation of the lion too! Would be awesome if they'd look more realistic and be more aggressive. I'm so excited for the new map, can't wait
they need new manes. the current ones are horrible
They should do a massive update of just remodeling all the older animals (all animals from reserves before Revontuli). Yeah I totally agree, the lions should also live in prides.

My fave is the melanistic white. It reminds me of my cat that passed away. He was a bengal cat with very rare makings.
I feel like the snow leopards are wayyyy too small. They look tiny, also I hope they go aggressive as well
They actually aren't much larger than the Eurasian lynx! Snow leopard weighs around 22-54 kg And lynx is 18-40 kg. It seems quite small in my eyes too but they aren't large irl so I think it's size is fine
@Leon.16 they make great use of the muscle tho irl I'm pretty sure they're the strongest big cat for their body size

The new rifle is reminds me of the Civil War “Trap Door” rifles. When you fired, you would open the trap door on top of the chamber and empty out the empty cartridge, and reload the next round. Similar to the 7mm Magnum or Rangemaster .338 break action rifles, without the break action.

Closures and layoffs today at Avalanche Studios, unfortunately. I've been saying for months now that something wasn't right when it now takes them a whole *YEAR* just to make 1 new map (when we used to get a few per year). Fingers crossed EW (and COTW) will be OK.
I so want to watch, but dont want to be pre-blown. I think the best experience would be to wait til the 18th then see it all for the 1st time as a player 👌
Someone's probably already asked but I'm really curious why there aren't squirrels on a lot of the maps squirrel hunting is how a lot of people still feed themselves in America I'm 20 and I've only been squirrel hunting with my dad it would be kinda awesome to get squirrels
It's downright criminal, that the new rifle is only class 4-8
In my opinion it needs to be class 4-9 or even class 7-9.

There aren't many games out there that feature Tigers - The only game I can even remember playing that had them was Far Cry 3
Really hope the 4-8 on the Martini-Henry rifle is just a place holder. The .577/450 us a huge round and definitely needs to cover 9s, especially since this map looks like it has 3 of them. If not then it'll just be another inventory filler gathering dust...
So you make the 577-450, a large bore powerful round that was used to bring down many large cats in Asia, make it more powerful than the in game 7mm, .300 .338 and 45-70 which are all class 9, and then make it 4-8. Make it 4-9. Not to mention all but 2 class 9 guns are illegal for hunting Cape buffalo and lion irl and I’m done debating ppl on this.

How is the .577 not a level 9 cartridge? It’s bigger than the .470.

I suppose if this rifle will get a sight, it will sweep all the 4-8 class rifles. If this rifle will get a class 9, it will sweep all the class 7-9 rifles. The situation is very delicate.
@@Vladislav-mu1nz I wouldn’t say it’ll sweep any rifles even if it was a Level 9, because it’s a single shot rifle. Plus, based off of what Jaxie says, the ballistics sound similar to the 45-70. So rifles like the .300 should still be king
@@rhysddp1 All stalkers love single shot rifle, but not grinders. I waited a very long time this power. Maybe it's time, drop on the spot the moose? I don't think they set the classes wrong. We have many very good rifles for a 9 class. But a moose..... Although yes, this rifle not for this map, and it's strange.

If you aren’t aware of the big 5.
They include: Lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and Rhino.
On top of this I’d stack Hippo, Nile crocodile, hyena, serval, dik dik

Yeah it looks like one of the best ones they've released I also would say to try silver ridge peaks, the Yukon reserve and Australia's always pretty fun too

If I am being honest, I feel much more respect for the tiger then fear for the tiger like even when it was shot it didn't back down but pounced at him and one shot him, that's one legendary animal. And especially compared to other animals when aggressive like wolves, lions, and bears, and crocs, its infinitely more overpowered

Kind of inaccurate. There’s no recorded Snow Leopard attacks on humans, and even if they did see a human, they’d actually mostly avoid them and run.
