Hard to deal with, lots of frame traps, really fast lows. Akuma is unique to techinque because (as you saw in the very last round) he can combo off of hit stun for a good 10 hits. Because he's not actually juggling you that means the damage he is doing isn't cut down like it would be for most of the other cast. Thus, one combo from him can easily take 50-80% of your health. And he doesn't need rage to do it. Things like wake up dp and his many options while jumping make him really annoying

Aries is so salty about Akuma why? his not that bad to deal with not as spamy as some of the other new cast.
This is a 2016 build, Akuma was way broken in that time.
