Malaysia is Visa free for Indians until December 31st, 2024 and Thailand is Visa on Arrival. So you can go to Malaysia and fly to Thailand from Malaysia.

Yes vellochu from Singapore to Malaysia as long as you have valid Indian Passport but ensure that you arrive at KL airport in Malaysia.

Work permit gurnchi naku idea ledu bro. I will tell you the information that I know but please cross- check before you apply.
1. You need a valid employment certificate from the employer in Malaysia
2. You need to have a valid tax computation document and salary structure document from the Employer
3. You need a work authorisation document and confirmation document from the employer
4. You need to have a valid passport
5. Visa Application form duly filled
6. Original Employment Contract provided by the employer
7. 5-6 Passport size recent photographs

2 months visa kavali ante, Malaysia e-visa apply cheyali. Malaysia immigration website ki velthe akkada you can apply for e-visa. You will have to state the purpose of visit and show enough expenses for your duration of stay.

No bro, no need to carry cash for Immigration. If they ask for expenses you can say you have credit/debit cards to manage your expenses.
Money entha carry cheyali anedi purely on your need bro. I carry like 20k cash and rest I will manage through forex card. Some people carry only cash as they don’t have forex cards.

Singapore reach aynaka, three days before your arrival in Malaysia, MDAC fill cheyandi and that should be fine.

Yes both are different. Visiting visa might have an extended validity whereas free visa is for a short duration and intended for the purpose of travel and tourism
