Philippine beaches are the best; i and wife decided to go to Stinson Beach in California near San Francisco and weather was low 60's, water was cold along the coast. That day was one of the warmest at least inland were we live in Fairfield was high 90's but still cold along the coast. It was not crowded in the water but no parking space. Can't wait to experience the Philippine beaches.
West Coast water always cold, u have to go to East Coast like Florida or go to Hawaii for a warmer water.
