Beautiful job! I absolutely love the overall look! But you're right, it's better to build your base garland first, before securing it onto your hooks. To prevent flexibility, you can use 260's to create bracelets, rubber bands, and/or use neck while adding extra duplets, quads and 5" or more clusters to make your garland more fuller. You can also create extra garlands of 12 balloons to spread out through the garland. If you need a taller ladder for outside duties, you can rent it from home depot. I also got my light ladder from Walmart, which I truly love... because it fits perfectly in the back seat of my car. As far as adding pampas and other florals, add a balloon at the end of your pampas to prevent your balloons from popping.

I'm looking forward to doing some family balloon events. Thank you for helping me avoid this... It would have happened. But listening to your comments on glue dots helped me solve a dilemma. I need to hang a shimmer cloth/ panel. I'm wondering if I lay a strip of painters tape then some glue dots then attached the shimmer panel I wonder if it would work. I was originally going to use contact strips...

Hey! New kid here and I’m wondering: what’s a 260?
Those long skinny balloons that they turn into animals
Have you had experienced the hooks not sticking?
Maybe one or twice but when that happens, I’m pulling the 260 too far. Otherwise the hooks always works! Hope that makes sense.
My balloons keep popping 😂😢
Well that’s an easy fix! Just put less air or use a better quality brand of balloons.
