Can anyone give me some tips on how to behave with Darius in the laning phases and during the mid and late game of matches? Or will this depend on the champion I'm against? I have a lot of difficulty in the laning phases because the enemy simply kills me without even needing help from his jungle, and during the mid and late game I get lost walking around the map without knowing more or less what I have to do. like during the mid and late game do I stay more on the side lanes and with the team when there are team fights or objectives? Or do I just push the waves on the sidelines and stay with the team? how does it work?
if you see, your match up is worse than enemy,you must staying under tower and dont die for minions. you will save, and just wait for gank your jungler. if you picked, for ex; irelia,you can last hit enemy minions by Q and get back under the tower. also,if you are playing on range hero, you must punish enemy melee hero of he last hitting minions.
with lanening has so many aspects and marks, you will get it only with experience at game and with watching guides to how to stay lane in league of legends

In my experience, after lv.5 you can start and play more aggressive if the matchup allows it. Against tanks you can usually play more aggressive earlier. Against ranged top laners you can basically all in them at lv.5 and you will oneshot them but until that point you should just farm and don’t loose to much hp. What I think is important is engaging in teamfights very early on in the game, like for herald, if you play with your team and get 1 reset with ur ult, you can basically kill everyone. If you get some kills this way, you will snowball the game like crazy. But it can be hard to do this if your team ints, since you will feel much more squishy.
Also me personally, i love the sustain from triumph, which makes it much easier to sustain in between ur ult resets
