Well to be athletic and fit doesn't mean that you are a tough ass woman, specially if you never have been in physical fight. In high-school I was ( still) athletic and fit and addition I was very cocky and snobby and I used to verbally bully weird tomboy nerd girls; until one chubby weird tomboy nerd girl beat the shitt out of me who knew how to kick ass even though she was not athletic at all.
