The lighting and the fluorescent bulb sound made it feel dirtier.
I feel as though it was supposed to show that some people help other people through thier emotional traumas instead of dealing with their own. It gives them happiness to see that their friends are happy, even if they're just as, if not more so, loaded with emotional baggage.

I know it's been a year Michelle but here's a bit of comfort. How many times have you made a comment on a video or replied to a comment hoping to get a good answer wether it appeared or not... You are not a complete introvert and if you are that's not a bad thing. The fact is that it's in everyone's nature to socialize and you have. If a screen separating you and a friend for a while is helpful then do it! As long as it gets you on the path that you want everything will be fine. I hope ladie luck isn't bearing you too hard.

This is way to similair to my situation, constantly helping others, but never actually doing anything for myself and even if i ever wanted to do something, i dont think i could do it alone, but if i ever asked someone to help, i'd probably just seem desperate or they probably wpuld think that im just making it up.

And the fact that he can help Dean and look good from the outside but when he alone, in his room, where no one sees him, there he keeps all his emotions baggage and because he doesn't let anyone to know about his emotions baggage it is very big and very ugly. And all this (and possibly more) in one shot, brilliant.

I feel like it’s worth noting that all of Dean’s baggage is in regular bags and luggage while all of Jack’s is in trash bags
That ending hit close to home. Jack was helping Dean and acting like everything was alright with him when in reality he had a lot of emotional baggage too and he was taking on a lot of Dean's.
this along with the ending of "How to Get Into Heaven" short makes me concerned for Jack and Dean.

I love how as a kid I never liked to watch movies twice. I now realize I just didn't watch the right things. This video for example. I watched it a couple of times on my own PLUS I showed it to multiple friends and family members while giggling/feeling along while they watched it. And I'm still not bored of it.

Jack's doesn't seem to have tags though, which implies he's not very great at identifying his own emotional baggage either, and thus needs Dean to tell him what's what. In that sense Dean seems to have a much better insight into his inner feels than Jack.

A neat detail. Dean's baggage was all different and very defined. One look at a bag, and he knew exactly what it was. Despite there being a lot of emotional baggage, knowing what emotional baggage is what implies some amount of work that has already been put into. Dean might not have been unpacking his baggage, but he took time to learn about it and sort it.
Jack's emotional baggage is identical to each other, and there is more of it. This implies not simply neglect of own sanity, but also ignorance, purposeful or not, of this neglect.
In other words, in this sketch, Dean is well aware he has problems, he has faced them before, and is willing to face them again. Jack ignores his problems, wishing they'd go away by themselves, letting them pile ever higher

This honestly hit me hard, especially rhe ending. I'm always the friend who helps everyone else with their problems, the therapist friend as some may call it, but at the end of the day all my problems are still there waiting for me. I'm dealing with all my issues bit by bit but this made me feel things that I didn't know where possible.
The ending hit me hard, like a damn freight train.
This is actually how you feel when you keep to many things to yourself, you need to open up to someone. Thing that I'll never do, obviously.

This is an accurate representation of depressed people often being very caring towards others because they don't want others to feel the way they do. Jack has a lot of baggage yet he helps Dean get rid of his anyway. Such a powerful ending
So here is my summary from reading way too much into this skit:
Dean has the emotional baggage and trauma that he knows exists (which is why they are represented in a suitcase) but isn't able to deal with all of them on his own. This is where Jack comes in and helps him deal through them one by one with some hilarious moment sprinkled throughout the skit.
Jack's baggage and trauma however haven't even been acknowledged by him that's why they are represented by garbage bags instead of suitcase's like of Dean and unlike Deans baggage which was in the open for Jack to see, Jack's baggage seem to be repressed and locked just hoping that with enough repression that they will fade away.

This has come at possibly the best time it could have. Todays been a really tough day, but this brought me a couple of laughs, but definitely made me cry a bit at the end.
