BROKEN Lawn Mower Throttle Cable - Jimmy Rig It! 🤘🇺🇸

Here's a quick "work around" to fixing your throttle cable on a push mower, and all you need is a zip tie! This is effective if you just need to finish cutting the grass and have the part on order, or if you only use the mower every once in a while. I hope this helps! \m/

Thanks for the tip, had the same issue , thinking it was a spark plug or something else. I used a bungee cord attached it to the throttle and to the handle and just released the tension to shut it off worked like charm .

I hooked mine to the top.with 3 ties. And tied it to the handle. Slide it down to stop it. It finished the lawn that was 12 inches high

Put another zip tie on your spark plug and give er a yank when you’re done. The spark plug will kill it.
