TINUTONG | Lelut Balatong | Ginataang Malagkit At Munggo

  • TINUTONG... This recipe is commonly called Tinutong in the Tagalog region or Lelut Balatong in Ilocos region. Simply cooking the glutinous rice with coconut milk as porridge like consistency together with roasted and cracked mung beans make this dish a delicious miryenda or snacks.
    Ingredients:
    1 cup glutinous rice
    3 cups water
    1 cup coconut cream
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup condensed milk
    1/2 cup roasted mung bean, cracked
    1/2 tsp fine salt

      in baking and cooking sweets fine salt ang ginagamit not rock salt... at saka di ba bawal ng matinda ng non iodized salt (Republic Act 8172)... thank you for watching
