སྙིགས་མ་ལྔ་བདོའི་སྐྱབས་མགོན་པད་མ་འབྱུང་།
The refuge lord of degeneration, Padmajungney
ངོ་བོར་རྔ་ཡབ་གླིང་དུ་བཞུགས་ན་ཡང་།
Though rests in the heavenly abode
འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་དུ་པདྨའི་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་ཏུ།
For the well-being of sentient beings, as a Padma’s representative
ཀཿཐོག་སི་ཏུ་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིམ་པར་བྱོན།
The superior reincarnation of Kathok Situ emerged
ཡབ་ནི་འཇིགས་བྲལ་ཡེ་ཤེ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྲས།
Father as the lineage son of Dudjom Jigdrel Yeshi Dorji
བླ་ཆེན་གཞན་ཕན་ཟླ་བ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།
His high priest Shenphen Dawa Rinpoche
ཡུམ་ནི་གདུང་བརྒྱུད་རྒྱལ་རབས་གཉིས་པའི་སྲསམོ།
Mother as the Princess of His Majesty, the second King of Bhutan
ལྷ་ལྕམ་པདྨ་ཆོས་སྒྲོན་དབང་ཕྱུག་མཆོག།
Her Royal Highness Ashi Pema Choden Wangchuk

From the parents of noble lineage
སྤྱི་ལོ་ཆིག་སྟོང་དགུ་རྒྱ་དོན་བརྒྱད་ལོར།
In the year of One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Eight
གདུང་སྲས་བྱམས་མགོན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།
His descent heir of Jamgoen Dorji Chang
ཀཿཐོག་སི་ཏུ་ལྔ་པ་ལྗོངས་འདིར་འཁྲུངས།
The fifth Kathok Situ was born
སྐུ་ན་ཕྲ་དུས་སྔ་མའི་སྐྱེས་རབས་གསུངས།
Lucidly recollected his past lives at the early age
ཡབ་མེས་འཇིགས་བྲལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡིས།
His grandfather Jigdrel Yeshi Dorji has
སྔོན་གྱི་ཡང་སྲིད་འཁྲུལ་མེད་ངོས་འཛིན་ནས།
Recognized him as an infallible reincarnation of fourth Kathok Situ Rinpoche
བླ་སྤྲུལ་འདུས་ཚོགས་ཡོངས་ཀྱིས་མངའ་གསོལ་མཛད།
The elaborate enthronement ceremony was organized by Lams, Trulkus, Khenpos and masses
གྲུབ་དབང་པད་ནོར་བླ་སྤྲུལ་བཤེས་གཉེན་བསྟེན།
Under the tutelage of His Holiness Penor Rinpoche and other learned tutors
བསླབ་གསུམ་མདོ་སྔགས་གཞུང་ལུགས་ཕ་མཐར་སོན།
Attained perfection on threefold training, Sutra & Mantra
མཁས་གྲུབ་བྱ་བྲལ་སངས་རྒྱས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནས།
From the accomplished lord, His Holiness Sangay Dorji
ཐོས་བསམ་སྒོམ་གསུམ་གྲུབ་པའི་བཅུད་ལེན་མཛད།
Received the essence of hearing, visualization and contemplation
གྲུབ་བརྙེས་བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་།
Master, His Holiness Sangay Dorji and
བྲལ་མེད་བརྟག་བརྟན་བཞུགས་ནས་ཐུགས་སྲས་འཛིན།
For staying with him steadfastly, accredited him as main heart son
གདན་ས་ཀཿཐོག་འོད་གསལ་བསམ་གཏན་གླིང་།
At the sacred seat of Kathok Yoesel Samtenling
སྒྲུབ་སྡེའི་བསྟན་པ་བཙུགས་ནས་ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར།
Established Meditation Center and turns the Wheel of Dharma
མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ནུས་གསུམ་ཚད་མེད་བཞི་ཡི་ངང་།
With the four immeasurable wisdom, compassion and mystical powers
འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་ལ་འགོད།
Liberates the sentient beings of six realms
བཀྲིན་གསུམ་ལྡན་དྲིན་ཅན་བླ་མ་ལ།
For the embodiment of three gratitude, my grateful Guru
སྙིང་ནས་སྒོ་གསུམ་དད་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།
Prostrate you from the deepest faith of Body, Speech and Mind
མགོན་ཁྱེད་བསྟན་དང་འགྲོ་བའི་གཙུག་རྒྱན་དུ།
From your lord, protector, Buddha-Dharma at the crown ornament of sentient beings
སྨིན་གྲོལ་ཟབ་ཆོས་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་རྣམ་ཀུན་འབེབས།
The eternal course of profound Dharma showers
འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞིའི་འགྲོ་དོན་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཅིང་།
May your four noble activities being spontaneously achieved
སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་བརྒྱར་ཞབས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ།
Supplications to live you firmly eons and eons.
