  • In this episode of Tried and True we take a look at Sacramento institution The Waterboy which opened in 1996. We sit down with chef/owner Rick Mahan to chat about this truly farm to fork restaurant, his inspiration, and his approach to sustaining a restaurant for all these years. The majority of the menu is made in house including their bread, pasta, and desserts. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic as well.
