    I can vouch for the effectiveness of CBT-I. A commitment to offering yourself a healthy relationship to sleep. One thing you mentioned that made me wary was about nutrition. There is plenty of evidence that sugar has a lot of negative impacts on body and brain. But, I do not think there is evidence that a plant based diet is good for your mental health. In fact, many folk on plant based are B12 deficient...which has negative impact on body and brain. We are making progress on studying nutrition, but we are still ignorant of a lot of nutritional impacts. But, we are NOT ignorant of how devastating sugar is to our bodies and brains.

      Yes, there is no one diet that is right for everyone. When possible, it is best to work with a nutritionist to come up with a diet plan that is healthy and doable for you.
