  • Took a day and a half to get these set in canola - we are getting good performance out of them now. This crop is similar if not better than the crop last year - where we had S790’s with 40’ graders going between 2.1-2.5 mph with 0.9 bu/ac loss. This year with the X9’s we are doing 3.2-4.2 mph with 45’ headers and getting 0.5-1.0 bu/ac loss. Using harvest smart and auto maintain to take full control of the machine. The low spots are significantly higher yielding while the high spots are less. Averaging 1,100 - 1,300 bu/hour. Keeping the carts and trucks busy!

Very nice! We demo’d a x9 a couple years ago and they sure have a contender now. What a jump over the old series.

More headlands might be more efficient than backing up to get going on the next pass.

We normally do 4 headlands. We had a row of old maple trees we took out just in front of this area and they only did 2 passes around it - that’s why they had to back up.

This probably wasn’t the best place to take a video with that row in the front but only chance I could get
