I'll miss you LG. You made some of the best phones on the market. The phones that would tick all the boxes on GSMArena. The phones that were incredibly innovative and never succumbed to the industry trends of removing features like headphone jacks, micro sd cards and chargers. All you needed to do was market them, because no matter how good your phones were if people didn't know about them then how can can they buy it and if they did many of us couldn't because you never made them available for us. Thank you for blessing the mobile industry with your incredible devices and innovation. I hope that you return one day or at least inspire someone to continue the legacy that you have created.

I'm a g7 thin q user from past 5years and this phone has never disappointed me even once . LG phones have best quality but not enough marketing and good customer relationship. Dont quit smartphone mobile division please. I am late comer for becoming lg fans, but i am here to stay. Proud owner of lg g6, g7, g8. G6 introduce me to wide angle and switch easily wide and ultra wide when record video. G7 amaze me with boombox. G8 improve with battery life and 3 lens, face unlock.
Bring us more innovative product that is practical, and please do good marketing.

Solo les queria decir que estaria genial si pudieran lanzar una pequeña actualización que quite la opcion de deteccion de humedad en el puerto de carga, ya que a mi como a muchos usuarios de LG nos molesta demasiado ya que si en dado caso el telefono se llega a quedar sin carga, ya sea que este o no humedo el celular no agarra carga lo que impide volver a prender el celular, no se que tan dificil seria eso pero espero lo hagan

Hi.. I heard LG is leaving its smartphone business. I think as a user of LG so far, it is only natural that LG is abandoned by many of its users, it is because the Lg Mobile division does not care about consumer opinion and does not provide good aftersales services. Just look at all other brands of smartphones, they are vying to provide the best aftersales service by providing software updates for at least minimal 2 years will always be received by users. While LG does not provide it well for some countries, for example LG G4, for in my country only accepts 1x OS updates, while other brands of smartphones can always provide a minimum renewal of 2x. I also have another LG series such as LG G7+ and LG G8s, 2 Smartphones that never at all get os updates and we were really let down by LG Mobile Division.. I'm sure, that's what makes LG more left by users. Take a look at various forums, lg name has long been labeled bad aftersales services.
