  • Driving in Morocco was going great. We had gone for a drive in the desert the day before and although it was full of wheel tracks we had seen hardly any cars. Maybe because we were going too late…. Driving on the sand dunes is so much fun, it's something you could do every day. That day, the problems came because the car's turbo kept failing. Driving on the sand with the right power is great, but if the engine fails it can turn into a nightmare.
As far as traveling with allergies, everything was going great. At the Hotel Dar Poublanc we had been treated excellently. In the tents of the Tifawine Sahara Camp, Hassan would also treat us just as well. We were very happy to be back at Erg Chebbi and to confirm that traveling gluten-free in Morocco is not as complicated as it may seem.

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that in this vlog I share my trips, anecdotes and experiences about traveling gluten-free and traveling with food allergies and intolerances around the world. It is possible that, on one of my trips, I go to a non-certified restaurant where there is a risk of being contaminated. Please note that these references may change over time. Please always make sure before eating in the restaurants that I share. Thank you so much!
