- I've been living in this apartment for 6 years, it's a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment around 670 sq. ft. for $2,300 / month. It's definitely not the most expensive apartment in downtown Seattle, but it's nice and cozy. Hopefully, you'll be ready to move to Seattle after watching this video :)

I use to live in Westlake across from the mall downtown. Finally ventured out to Puyallup away from people. Great video man, brought back memories of being downtown.

When I moved to Seattle in 2009 you could have gotten that apartment for around $900-1200. Crazy how they just skyrocketed the prices after the tech boom. Totally ripping you guys off and you don't know any better because of your salaries haha.

Not really ripping them off since the rent might've been lowering in 2009, the salaries were also lower :) so it's the same cost of living! :)

I just moved to Seattle area with my golden retriever! Maybe we will see you and yours around. I love how green and beautiful Washington is (my favorite state) but man is it so expensive compared to Philly. We legit had a house in Rittenhouse (one of the nicest areas of Philly right in the city) for less than what you’re paying for your apartment. Now here we’re renting a house and it’s more than our places in Philly and Denver combined!

Lovely apartment. Mine was 1400 for around 500 sqft near lower queen anne in 2018. Things changed too much in recent years.
Nice apartment, that’s all a man needs. You literally checked all of the boxes. I like to keep my studio apartment clean & minimum with just what I need. We pretty much have all of the same stuff all the way down to the pull up bar. I do wish I had a bench for my dumbbells tho.

I really like your apt, I love what you've done with the space. I'm just baffled that it's 2,300$ for 670 sq ft of space.. That just blows my mind how much the cost of living is there. Here in Atlanta I'm paying $1,500 for 763 sq ft space w/ 12ft ceilings on the top floor of the complex, in Buckhead which is like "uptown" for those who don't know Atlanta. It's still in the heart of the city. Rent getting so fucking ridiculous, but it's not completely evil in the south...YET.
The actual flat rent is 2000$, it is a really good deal for a downtown ~1BR apartment with modern amenities.
Toronto is going at 2300/mo for 450-500 sq ft apartments, life is sad )':
Hi, I live in Midtown. Buckhead is not the "heart of the city". Midtown is. Also there are certain parts of Buckhead that are less luxurious than others. If you're not close to Lenox then it really is just another part of Atlanta. Just setting some context for people who are not from Atlanta so that they don't get the wrong idea about "cheap rent in the heart of the city" :)

I have a collections of fragance but a bad practice is to keep them in the bathrrom because if you take a hot shower, the room temperature may change and affect the fragance altering the scent, so I would recommend you to keep them on a fresh area without sunlight because that affect them too.
