I came to your video here after searching "knee pain when curling". Thank-you Stephanie for posting this (4 years ago!), your instruction on hips first solved my knee pain completely. I can't thank you enough! I'm a bit new to curling but was about ready to hang up the broom as I don't want to stick curl. I thought it was just my age causing the knee pain. I did the stick on the back exercise and changed my decent into the hack as you explained (I was dropping straight down with my knees before). You have a new subscriber to your channel for sure!
