I'm coming to you from the Netherlands so excuse my Dutchy English. I enjoy all the inspiration in the worldwide knitting community so much. I would love to share my 'handwerk perikelen' (also known as crafty adventures) with you.

Congratulations on the K2P2 Festival! I am so happy for you. I would love to come but I don't think I will be able to travel to the Netherlands this year. Maybe next year if it becomes an annual event. You are such a joy to watch and listen to! Thank you for your podcasts and your lovely way of articulating all of the feelings and thoughts that come to you around your making. I relate to much of what you express. Especially around the way you learn by doing. It is the only way that I can learn and making mistakes is a part of it. I have learned so much from my mistakes. Cheers and have a lovely day.
Another word for âcoolâ would be âtrendyâ đ thanks for sharing!
Hello Sarah,I am from South Africa and Afrikaans. I enjoy your podcast so much. I also made myself a granny square bag but just ordinary grannies. Love it. Thank youâ€
Your tote bag turned out just lovely, looks like the perfect size for a knitting journal! I would swear that I smelled lavender when you dumped the lavender in your bowl. Definitely wishful thinking! đžđŒđșđ»
Those little organza bags are perfect for lavender!
Sarah it makes me SO happy to hear you talk about âshopping with your valuesâ!!! I try my very best to show support with my dollars. I find that so many donât understand what an impact this hasâŠ..we can shop local, thrift, farmers markets, buy from makers & simply buy lessâŁ
I completely agree with this â€
Thank you Sarah for another nice episode. Love the lavender bags; I can smell the lovely fragrance.
I have my ticket for K2P2 yay đ I will be alone, so Iâm glad that I know knitters are very friendly people, Iâm trying to learn a bit of Dutch before I come but in case all I learn is Hallo, goodbye and please and thank you, I will be the one smiling a lot and looking a bit puzzled as I try to follow along! đ â€
Good luck for the dutch soccer boys tonight!!
I love your style,Sarah. And how lovely your podcasts are. Thank you.
Love those socks. If it's in the fall, maybe fingerless gloves to match.â€
cori eichelberger has a really cute skirt pattern on Ravelry called the Knitwords Skirt that would look great with your socks!
I am amused at your reaction to the first clue of the MSAL. I had the same reaction. I was not expecting how the tops were assembled in the end. I think I would prefer the motif horizontally in the round if I were making them. They would be so-not-Steven socks. đ
Thank that was quite lovely.
Dutch is a hard language...but yarn and knitting are universal languagesđâ€
Nice! I discovered a volunteer lavender plant in my yard! Hope to make bags one day . . .
Did I tell you, that I love love love, when you mention the good old dutch âhartjumpingâ as an englisch âheartjumpingâ? As I grew up in Aachen near the border to the Netherlands, this warms my childish heart every time. â€
Sarah, you are so comical, you make me laugh. I understand your purchasing values so well. I have a leather sofa I inherited and I am vegetarian! đ it is very comfy, but it is cowskin and does not align with my values. I have decided I can have leather things but only if they are second handđ
Do you play the piano? I am a pianist and have been admiring your piano. Haven't heard of the Murdoch brand before. Love your podcasts.

Since you didnât buy the chiffon bags yourself and are using them for a long term purpose rather than treating them as disposable, I think your values are intact. So donât feel bad.
The little bags were a gift, so it would be rude not to accept them. đđ€đ€đ€
