You gave me what I was looking for; how to care for a new brush. You might want to put those wheels on a rotating device so you can leave your hand in one place while the tire is totaled by another person or a device. You’ll never have to lift your brush. Good video.
Yo awesome video, I've been looking everywhere for how to break in a new brush and this has been the best and only one I've found, thanks for posting 👍
Cause it's a lawnmower. And I had another car to paint waiting in the garage. I think for the first time holding a airbrush in my hand, it turned out pretty good. Thanks for watching tho.
I'm guessing that would be fine. Really the reason I use lacquer thinner is because its much harsher and dries much faster getting anything from the factory out of the hair, better than acetone. That same reason is why you shouldn't thin your pinstriping paint with lacquer thinner. It will cause your colors to fade over time.
It don’t matter how much drag you’ve got, when you lift the brush a dozen times for a 6” wheel the line is gonna be wonky. Put the wheel on a stool or kitchen turntable, get a solid hand placement on the left side of the wheel since you’re left handed. Lol. Now I’m watching you do the rears...why not just do it right the first time? Take a few minutes to take the wheels off. You’re funny.

Can you use baby oil?
Ya know. I have no idea. I've never thought about it.
would you recommend using acetone instead of laquer thinner? at least for the initial conditiong?

Never dip your brush into the can,use a paint cup instead of contaminating your paint supply…
Hey Steve, that's a good tip. Love your stuff by the way.
@@inthegarage342 I really appreciate that, always feels good ,thank you, Steve
Sure thing Steve. Your the best I've ever seen for sure.
What about acetone
For cleaning the brush
Acetone will work to clean your brush.
