She couldn't be that rich if she couldn't put up $20 for a 12 year old kid.
All those $20 dollars in those days is what was used to pay for the entire trip. She did not pay a dime out of her pocket
Haha exactly
@@pettrastrydom1129lmao how old do you think he is? Yeah, she ain't rich, because this is a BS story
@@retingo7940 I don't know... If I have to guess I'd say around 55-59? And I say that according to posts mentioning the '80s and according his neck wrinkles. Why?
Maybe it’s 2001
It’s crazy to me that a parent would treat another child that way and make them feel even more insignificant and uncomfortable than they already do. Shame on that woman but I’m glad you turned that into a strength ❤
There are 100% people like that everywhere around you. People get salty and nasty as they age.
Every time there was an event for school or scouts that asked kids/families to contribute money, my mom got with the coordinator and covered the kids whose families couldn't afford it. It didn't matter if it was a couple bucks for a class pizza party, or a lot for a trip to Washington DC. I never knew about this until decades later. Growing up, I always thought we were one of the needy families which I'm thankful for. Money only matters to people who need it or want to look like they have it. I'm perfectly happy with typical cheap meals and my 40 year old truck! The best happiness money buys is spending it helping others who truly need a break or something nice done for them.
That's an awesome story. I couldn't stand seeing kids not being able to do the activities my kids were doing because their parents couldn't or wouldn't pay up so I'd cover them
❤❤ we had a woman like that as well , she was an angel, and I was too poor to do anything, one time she bought me a bicycle for Christmas and said it was from sants 😭😭 I'm crying thinking about it
Is it a square body chevy?
That's beautiful
@@hoss64oz Probably, cuz you know you don't buy a truck just to fix or repair daily, Hoss!😂😮😅
It’s not crazy bc those are the experiences that lead us to success. We never forget those feelings and they drive us
Something similar happened to me when I was younger. It was a family member. We had family from out of town in for my cousin’s wedding and we were all hanging out and doing things leading up to the big day. I was like 13 and everybody was talking about going eat breakfast somewhere. I was 13, my dad and mom weren’t well off and all my family knew it. One of my other younger cousins was in the same position as me, he was like 11 or 12. Uncomfortably, I speak up and say how I don’t have any money and my younger cousin said “yeah, me either” and one of my asshole out of town cousins who must have been 35-36 at the time laughed at us and made a big scene talking about “your daddy let you come out here with no money? Your daddy ain’t got no money?” Then he walked up to each of us and pulled out a wad of cash and started thumbing through it. We’re thinking he’s about to hook us up. He pulls out a $1 bill, rips it in half and gives us each a piece. He said keep that in your wallet and you can never say you’re broke. Everyone laughed and I felt like the lowest fucking non-human piece of shit…I wanted to disappear. Anyway, they all went eat breakfast, literally didn’t take us because we couldn’t pay for ourselves. I think back because now I’m 30 and I could NEVER imagine doing that to a kid or even getting to the point where he/she feels the need to speak up and say they don’t have money. I’m paying for everybody, always. Dinner with friends, it’s on me, drinks with friends, it’s on me. Trips are on me. Literally everything is on me. Nobody around me is ever going to feel the way I felt that day.
Yeah people are disgusting some times. I’m glad you are the way you are tho. ❤
Sounds like an effective life lesson on the importance of money.
Wow, so much respect for you man. The world needs more of you 🫶🏼
That jackass accidentally gave you the best motivation / lesson ever, funny how life works out sometimes.
Glad you're doing well so you can treat people, I do when I can too
@@Hazza32 💯💯
I think this is the way my dad felt. He was on his own at the age of 13 and would bait hooks for a penny each on the fishing boats. He was a self-made man and owned his own business til the day he passed at 84. If he invited, he always paid for us and our friends even as adults. He would take offense if we tried to pay. He never made anyone feel bad if they didn't have any money. ❤
he remembered this and it still bothers him but little moments like this pushed him towards success
I’ll take things that didn’t have for $1000 Alex-- daily double! I’ll bet it all.
This is my first clip watching this guy, How do you know his story is a lie?

The sleeping on the porch might be a lie but i had a cousin do the same thing to me as a kid my dad dropped me off to spend the night because our hot water heater bust and it flooded our house...well once my cousin found out that i didn't get dropped off with dinner...it was 10-11am...they just started talking shit saying my dad was poor
Having slept on that porch that weekend created the beast
He was on the porch for a week. Do you know a mother that is going to treat a child like that?

Seriously. He is a phony alpha
@@protectork9831 Maybe so but do you believe he lived in poverty as a kid?
My father always pays for everything for everybody, God Bless His Soul. He was very smart and could see into the future, he was a very successful person, I Love him very much. ❤
Ok
Sounds like an awesome Dad. 😎
Needed 20 bucks in the 80s at 12 years old to go to the lake??? Bullshit
Unless this lake in the Hamptons .. I think story is a 🧢..
Cap
You can’t clearly tell by him saying he had to sleep on the porch meant the $20 was to stay there all weekend for room and board and probably to get feed too. You’ll really this dumb?
A Disneyland ticket back then was about $20 this makes sense they coulda been renting out the house or something of the $20 was for food for the week
@@topshelfbullys7889 So do you think they didn't feed him then too for the weekend since he didn't pay? His story is bs.
Why was the mom charging $20?
because the made up story wouldn't be good without that twist
A week at the lake, food and access. Probably like a YMCA program for a week or 2.
@@justin-gd6bzwhat evidence do you have that this is a made story? Or are you perhaps one of the spoiled brats that amount to nothing in the end? 😮🤔🤔

Why do all these self made rich guys have a similar fake story. Like obviously you made it up .
Homie was denied entry to a house and still decided to sleep on the porch outside to hangout with his "friends"
@@TheSwiftAdventure😂😂😂yea does sound a bit fake
Definitely fake like he slept on the porch? Well what did he eat all week did he poop in the woods? No shower? Like come on
@@TheSwiftAdventurehe was there why not? Sleeping on the porch can be a whole other adventure
As a mother there's no way I don't cover for the children who are less fortunate. Hearing about the spoiled brats that didn't sleep on the porch with their friend I'm more proud of my children and siblings because being poor didn't stop our compassion and respect the problem with the privalaged class is their too comfortable to survive the world
By the age of 13 all of us had jobs. I worked in my aunts salon, sweaping hair and bringing coffee, washing towels, cleaning. My brothers carried newspapers. If we wanted something, we paid for it. We were 5 kids at home. We were fed and sheltered and went to school. When cellphones became available when I was a teen, I was the only one without one. Most of my friends were 1 child households.
"It must've blown out?" "Well, i've been having back problems, and it needs blown out." 🤫
Thats like being one of the only kids not being abke to pay for a field trip and had to be left behind at school.
I used to pay the teacher for the kids that wouldn't be able to attend field trips. In addition, I used to bring extra food for the kids that didn't bring lunch. I was a regular chaperone. My observations taught me a lot about random acts of kindness, simple things & joy ♥︎
My friends would have spent all week helping me earn that money. Picking up soda bottles, now a couple of lawns. My family was poor as well, there were 7 of us total. I was in a tobacco field at 6 yo. I earned 2 dollars a day.
That lady is disgusting for treating a child that way.
They were never your buddies! But what GREAT MOTIVATION IT WAS ❤
This never happened
And you know this how? Where you there? One of the spoil little brats?
Are you the lady who did it? 😂

When i was in 2nd or 3rd grade my family made me sign up for backpack buddies at school, basically mini meals for home you get on weekends, friday comes around and me and another kid were the only ones that got them and another child asked my teacher what it was for. She explained to the child that it was for POOR families that couldn't afford food and it fed us through the weekend. Man, the emparessment i felt from that experience is understandable, i didnt grab the backpack buddy from that day on .
Damn it’s crazy actually hearing someone else’s story about being treated like crap for being poor. Like it was our fault our parents weren’t good at being providers. When adults make fun of kids for not having something they are horrible humans. I can remember every time it happened. Thanks for sharing.
Crazy, when parents went thru with their divorce at the age of 12 and my aunt ( dads sister) , said leave them to eat dirt if they decide to stay with their mother. Today my mother is well and has 2 kids whom are professionals and doing really good in life. Sometimes the closest people to you are the ugliest , love just blinds us.
I like stories like this we get to really understand the story teller (andy) and builds a fellimg of relatable
Sounds like a real story!
lol I’m glad everyone is calling out his BS
Those type of people are sent to us to teach us lessons on evil and good. Simple
My softball coach mocked me with her son when I could not afford to buy a left-handed softball glove. I will never forget it. As an adult I realize what an incredibly unhappy, empty woman she had to have been to have done this to a child while ALSO recruiting her own child to take part. "Some people are so poor, all they have is money"
Not buying that for a second lol what actually happened “oh it’s okay just make sure to bring it next time or pay us back”
I was so lucky to have great parents when I was a kid. All of my friends didn't matter what color they were or what religion they were if they were a boy or a girl. We're all allowed over the house. And they were always welcome to dinner if they wanted to stay for dinner. And my parents loved each and every one of them like they were us like they were their own kids. I remember whenever we had taco night. I'm a white dude, but whenever we had taco night. My mom would fix tacos and everyone in my friends would show up for taco night. Even the mexican ones is my mom mixed badass tacos I miss those days.
That is so sad and disturbing that somebody would say that to a child
All of you eating this up is hilarious
Naw the Majority is calling BS, Lol. You should change it to
“Very few of you are eating this up, it’s hilarious”.
theres no possible way i could be so heartless to a less fortunate 12yo kids whose friends with my son
That's so sad, i would never leave any kid behind or make them feel like there less, they REMEMBER
I’ll take “shit that didn’t happen” for 200 Alex
Bravo Sierra
I do this to my kids all the time… so I am in the right track 😂
Umm, what kind of a mom invites 12 year olds and charges them we've all paid for our kids' friends, and I would never treat my sons friends like that never
Since when does a lake cost $20. That is heartbreaking. No one should treat a child like that.
I love tanning creams, tanning beds, and all things tanning related.
That never happened
Obviously hasn’t let it go!😂
Best hop in the tub 🤣20$ for public swimming water is crazy
Lessons were learned that day
Wow i been in a similar situation as a kid when buying pizza and ice cream, its great that when i was caught in the lie the adult treated me alot better.
This story is crazy...why would your dad still let you go if you didn't have it?Why would you sell on a porch for a WK?What kind of adult unloads like that on a 12yr old? What lake cost $20 back then? This story leaves me with more questions than info.🧐🤔My Dad always told me when something people are telling doesn't make sense, usually someone or everyone is lying 🤥😂
That’s an awful person to treat a child that way.
And this has been on his mind for how many years whos really got issues let ut go bro why the hell would u wanna go. And your friends is a stretch if they walked right past ya .
Things that NEVER happened 😂😂
How can people be so mean to kids especially knowing they are poor
Im sorry that happened to you sir, but sometimes evil people are necessary. They are what motivates good people.
I'll take that never happened for $200
Well, giving your kids everything is not a gift. But I can tell you this that if a kid who is poor down the street, can’t afford to come, I’m gonna bring them if I can. My kids know we don’t have a lot, but I would never do that
I say 🧢
Even though something vaguely similar happened to me two weeks ago
I still say 🧢
They all became nuttin lol 😆 😂 ooookkk
So she had him sleep on the porch for the whole week with no food no water no nothing straight cap 🧢
I may have been stern the first day to teach him to not lie, but I would have allowed him to earn that 20 so he could continue the week not being left out.
This is horrifying. That poor kid...
What kind of monster would do that to a kid. Horrifying
Find this really hard to believe
Dude, if one of my kids’ friends would have been in that position, I would spot him or her and made sure they eat like a king while they were with us. Why, because I was that kid he describes 40 years ago. Karma’s a biatch. God bless 🙏🏼😎
Cheer up sir, it's a cold world bro but life ain't that bad bro bro'❤Cali luv
Lol yeah I'm sure that happened
No way did that happen.
This mother is clearly not the mother of the year. Don’t blame that boy for his poor life situation. He’s just a child and wants to have fun. Why would you treat him like a dog? The fact that he is your son’s friend speaks 4itself…😢😢😢
What the eff is this story😅😅
Wow. Been there, Brother.
Not saying it's a fake story. This is just a piece of the interview.
But my question is , "how did the weekend go?" If he slept on the porch , ok. But he said the weekend , which implies a couple days at least. So what did he do during the days. And if they were his "friends" the weren't very good ones. For numerous reasons. But what did he do during the days and what did he eat for those days. I'm sure she didn't let him starve.
Liar liar pants on fire. If she felt that way you wouldn’t have been there
It isn't about the $20 dollars, it is the fact that he lied.
And among things that never happened
Wow wow that would effect you like crazy
Struggle leads to success!
Believe it or not it’s ppl that are adults that does this to defenseless children
Why would his friends leave him?!
Wow, my boys would always try to find a way to help out are less fournate friends.
That hurt!
How could someone do that to a child?! 😡
They didn’t, it’s a bullshit fake story
Cool story
FACTS 🔥
There’s truth to this but I smell some cap too
It's worse too lie than to be poor!
I feel this
Absolutely did not happen 😂
WOW !! I WOULD NEVER TREAT A CHILD THAT WAY !! 🤬
Come on baby i got you . $20. No problem sweetheart.
How dare an Adult do that to a child .
sorry, not sorry, as a parent of 5 i would NEVER EVER EVER say sumn like that to a child. i’d suck up the $20. more importantly, id cover ALL the kids cost to begin with as that’s what you should do when inviting others.
Well this never fucken. Happened lmao
I don’t understand how kids would be on their 3rd divorce?
No mom is gonna let a 12 year old sleep on the porch for a week. Worst case scenario she woulda call his parents and they woulda came and got him
But u were told what would happen b4 hand.
Making a 12 y o. Sleep on the porch sounds like child neglect at the least if not abuse.
This story proves he's a born natural liar!!!!
I’ll add 20 to that Alex. And add a porch pillow please
I’d spot you the $20 and just speak to you privately about lying. There’s no need to embarrass you, especially if just a child - that’s just cruel.
What did you eat for the week? If she was so concerned about getting $20 dollars from you.
this is the most bs story i’ve ever heard
Easy come, easy go. You can't buy mental maturity.
Why would a rich family want 20 bucks for a week at the lake … gonna have to call BS on that story
Hey bro I just want to say my best friends aunt is a millionaire I promise you just bd you are rich don't mean you paying for everything they told us to bring money !!
