Yeah boy! Gotta cut that long hair off, or else the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross is useless... How many long haired characters were there in the Bible I wonder? If you listened to this song, and the only thing you took away is that William Lee Golden's hair is too long, then you need to dive into that very same Bible you picked that verse from, and really read it.

Aristotle tells us, that among the Lacedemonians, freemen wore their hair long. In the time of Homer, also, the Greeks were called by him καρηκομόωντες Ἀχαῖοι karēkomoōntes Achaioi, long-haired Greeks; and some of the Asiatic nations adopted the same custom. But the general habit among people has been different. @@donmac5918 You are aware that we no longer live under Old Testament law thanks to Jesus Christ, right? Jesus healed on the Sabbath, and the "religious folk" had a fit about it... Remember what the end result of that was?? Jesus couldn't care less whether you have long/short hair tattoos/no tats, drink alcohol/don't drink alcohol.... In God's eyes, we're all the same to Him, ALL WE like sheep have gone astray, and Jesus was/is the One who sacrificed Himself, so that we could all come to God. Bottom line, it doesn't matter who you are, or what you've done, Jesus saved us, and God forgives us of our sins through Jesus Christ. So, the only thing you and I have to worry about is whether we are saved, and forgiven of our sins through Jesus Christ. To quote a George Jones song, "the only thing different in sinners, and saints, one is forgiven and the other one ain't."
