Using reciprocal teaching to help faculty meetings become more engaging

Too often teachers are told to increase engagement with students but at the same time the adult meetings are not engaging at all. What if we could accomplish both? Here are 6 steps to increase adult engagement in PLC's, department meetings or the dreaded faculty meetings by using reciprocal teaching which then can be used in classrooms!
