Hello doctor, unfortunately i had rinoplastic not with ultrasonic, and i am upset too much bc i go to Turkey only bc of this technology, and o want ask you different between ultrasonic and hummer which one? They did osteotomy on ky bridge of nose and i see it is look not ideal straight and not careful
