Deserving of a Nobel? Sure, as good or better than anything of Dylan's. Point is, a thumb down doesn't have to mean the person disliked it. I particularly like his work from that time as he was one of the first to supply me with material for more serious guitar accompaniment. I quit pounding chords and started picking notes.
