I honestly prefer the cosmetic pouch GM, I love the shape it is so feminine, I love it as an SLG in totes or larger bags... I ended up selling my PA recently because it was making me sad to see on my shelf and for a whole year never ever reach for it. But I always reach for my cosmetic pouch. I realize I don’t like the plain rectangle shape. I’d prefer to get a Pochette Felicie instead if I want that shape/size. But it all comes down to personal preference. Thanks so much for watching! ❣️

J'aime tes videos! I have the pochette accessoires and the cosmetic pouch but my cosmetic pouch is in pm size and in damier ebene. I am hoping to get the cosmetic pouch in gm for my cosmetics. This is a good comparison , now i have an idea how big the cosmetic gm is. Thank you, merci beaucoup😀

I am very happy you found it helpful! I loooove my cosmetic pouch GM, and actually recently ended up selling my PA because I never ever used it. It just did not work for me. The GM is great, it will fit quite a bit of cosmetics as well. And I personally love to wear it as a cute bag or clutch as well!

Hi Veronika! No I found them easily on Amazon. I just checked and the exact ones I got are unavailable at the moment but I didn’t have a difficult time finding them. For my cosmetic pouch GM, I had gotten the 5/8” interior length of crossbar, so the rings are 7/8”x7/8” (22mm x 22mm). 😉 Thanks so so much for watching!!! 😘

I 100% understand! It is a piece I looked for online constantly and any time I would go in store, here or when travelling... I was just lucky when it popped up online early on in the quarantine when the stores were closed. Don’t give up!

Generally as it is touching my hip it doesn’t flip over, but if it isn’t in contact with my body it might... I learned the hard way once while it was open when I was unlocking my door. 🙄 But that only happened once - I know to close it. So it isn’t bad - hasn’t happened enough to bother me and I’ve worn it quite a bit as a bag. Key is when it is in contact with your body (cross body is great for that versus wearing it on your shoulder) it doesn’t tend to flip. Great question! 😃
I purchased the GM pouch and got the D ring that you linked and was wondering if you had a hard time putting in the screw. I feel like it’s going to scratch the canvas cause it can barely fit through the hole
Hi Julie! So sorry for the delay in amswering! I am playing catch up. No I didn’t have a hard time, I used itsy bitsy screw drivers and with the Philipps head, I gently put it through the hoop first, so then the screw slipped right in. And I didn’t feel any touch or slip to the canvas. Just have to be gentle and take your time. 🙂

Hi Natasha! I love having both because they are different, but if I had the choose one, I would choose the cosmetic pouch. I reach for it more than my PA. I love it as a catch all in my bags, I love the wipeable interior and I think it looks crazy pretty as a bag! I love how feminine the dome shape is. But then again, I may be biased a bit since I love the dome shape (ex. I am crazy for the Alma bags).
The only flaw with the cosmetic bag is that if it isn’t touching your body, it can flip upside down. But I wear mine crossbody and so it is always touching my hip. So it doesn’t flip when I am using it. And I will post a wear and tear soon as I’ve worn it quite a bit and it still looks brand new. I am such a fan of the cosmetic pouch GM! And a plus, it is cheaper and easier to find than the Pochette Accessoires! A really great piece! 🥰

The Cosmetic pouch GM does fit (must slide in at an angle but then fits in comfortably.
The PA does as well but I don’t like it as much. I am a much bigger fan of the Cosmetic pouch GM than the PA (personally). ☺️
How is the wear and tear so far? I just got this but scared the stitching won’t hold the d rings for too long....
Hi! This is an excellent question! Mine is looking exactly like the day I bought it. I don’t wear it everyday as I do rotate with other bags, but I do use it as a bag here and there and I use it as a catchall in almost all my bags and it is looking perfect! It hasn’t caused any strain. I’ll plan to film a wear and tear.☺️
I waited several months to purchase Pochette Accessoires because it was unavailable online. I finally purchased in store, but was very disappointed in the quality of the bag. In comparison, the Cosmetic Pouch GM has a leather interior(that’s easy to clean), as opposed to fabric lining. It also has two pockets instead of one. I love to wear it as a crossbody with a monogram strap. It’s super cute!!

I just looked at the GM make up pouch, it does not have the gold rings on the side. Do I have the right item or did they stop putting the rings on the side?

I added those rings on the side. They fit in the little loops in the letter tabs on the pouch.

I bought some from Amazon but they were too big, and I ended up buying some smaller ones but they are too snugged and I’m afraid of scratching the leather or the canvas

Did you measure the items by yourself?! Because I really don’t get the same cm in lenght and height as you.....- & the Cosmetic Pouch fits a bit more BUT then the top creases, right.🤔🤔😅
Hi Inez! I had taken the measurements from the LV website actually. I hadn’t measured them to check to be honest. And the top may become a bit wonky but by shaking it a bit it may clear that right up. It is all about placement. You do have to be careful not overstuff the top of the cosmetic pouch though... kind of like the Alma to not damage it. They are incredibly close! 😉
