I run red tron from time to time and cutting trading posts for combustible gearhulks, Stuffy dolls and insult//injury made the deck more consistent and fun

I haven't played anything with it, I'm currently only brewing.
What I know I want:
4x Mulldrifters, 4x Shriekmaws, 2-4x Heartless Summonings
And then :D there are many ways I was thinking of going.
- I probably want to play from one to three copies of Undying Evil
- The strategy I wanted to use first (and might as well end with it) was :D playing Curses as my finishers. (But.. that might force else Dimir deck into going Esper (two better curses are white (Splendor and the anti-storm one), which would increase budget quite a bit..) I was thinking about combining Bitterheart Witch with Heartless Summonings for really cheap tutoring. With two, it's "{B}: Curse target opponent".
- I also noticed that Elder-Deep Fiend can be cast for UU when it eats one of your evoke creatures and it can be cast in response to the evoce-sac trigger. You can go T2 Heartless, T3 Evoke for U or B, then Emerge for UU. Unfortunately :D, most of the time, you won't need it on your turn three or early and actually even later, with more and more Heartless Summonings (I think two are exactly how much you want), you won't need to tap blockers, because your creatures would be 0/0s :D
- One card that might be good if our plan works, else.. probably only ok.. is Havengul Lich. With him, you can repeatedly cast your evoke creatures. With Heartless and Mull, you can for example for 1 and then U draw two cards. And then again, and again.. :3 (There are more cards that can be combined with Havengul and Heartless. For example Solemn is pretty cool. But.. that probably goes a bit too far.
- Also :D evoke goes well with Bone Picker and can also help with a "high CMC" theme (if you went the emerge route.. :3
So.. what do you think? :D Then some removal, discard, maybe counters..

You should play a deck around Squee, Faithless Looting, Cathartic reunion and the Goggles. That would be sweet.

You say that running alternate tron is bad for winning a gp, but in fact all versions of tron are bad for playing gps. Tron has never won a gp in any form, probably due to the variance of getting their 3 lands into play. They can win matches shutting down all sorts of fair decks, but it loses to itself just slightly too often to win a gp. (Note, they have top 8'd, but getting first is pushing their luck slightly too far)

PLEASE EDIT OUT THE 5 MINUTE WAIT AT THE START, your video's are so good, but to import them to youtube please put in a small ammount of post production!!! You don't even have to clean up the audio to mitigate plosives just clip it down to the video starting when it starts. a link some where posted by you instead of a fan with the "deck tech" and "fist match" links could also be decent.

What's the best way to get the most out of MTGO without spending money beyond purchase of the game? I have the cards you get when you first log in and that is it. Not much to build a deck around.
It's hard to do a lot with MTGO without investing more into it beyond the initial client purchase. The thing about the initial client purchase is it does give you event tickets which function as entry into tournaments but are also used as the pseudo-currency of MTG:O. One ticket is ~ $1 in value (Literally $1 if you buy a ticket from WotC, though 3rd party groups sell at a slight discount i.e. 0.97 cents if you buy bulk). I think you get 5 tickets to start with and you can come up with some extreme budget decks through that, but usually you're still going to have to invest like another $10-20 to have competitive budget deck range.
Play Penny Dreadful. You can build decks that are worth less than a buck each.

So many Tron hate comments, I understand why people hate it since most versions are not very interactive or fun for the opponent. It's fine if you don't like it everyone has a preference. Just please don't go around claiming a deck that is like 1% of the meta (GX tron) or 4% of the meta (Eldrazi Tron) needs to get the hammer. Banning a Tron piece is just an idiotic idea. Tron keeps midrange decks in check and does have its bad matchups. Also, I probably will not get an answer, Seth do you enjoy playing mono u Tron? I theorized that you dislike non-interactive decks, and mono u tron is very interactive, but does have cheap ways of finishing the game.
Seth, I take no joy in saying this since i really like your modern gameplays normally but face it tron is not your deck there are plenty of lines you don't see. :/

Life generally doesnt matter vs tron anyways, once you get out a karn or wurmcoil youve won, a few life for your opponent wont change anything.
They are getting a reprint in Iconic Masters.

I think he's used to it, and the chat on his stream isn't as bad as most, although there are a bunch of people who take things way too seriously. But there's very little of the general toxicity I see in other streams.

Jakob Khan-Springer How do you know its MTGGoldfish members he borrows from? He's said he started being able to borrow cards about a year ago but I've never heard him say from who. I asked during the stream before but didn't get an answer (from Seth, other people were speculating that he got them from cardhoarder or similar places).
