Sir, when we design concrete we take safety factors like if target strength is M20 then we design at least m25 or m27 then we achieve m22, m23 strength so I don't think the hacking process is decreasing strength of concrete

BBM wall par gypsum plaster seedhe lagana sahi nahi hoga. BBM walls porous hote hain, jiske kaaran plaster adhesion mein dikkat aa sakti hai. Pehle ek suitable primer ka istemaal karein, phir plaster apply karein, taaki aapka kaam sahi tareeke se ho sake.

I am from bhubaneswar and i checked with few cement shops and labors ,they are unaware of this . But i find this useful and planning to put it in my house . my construction has just now started . please reply

Ho sakta hai local cement shops ya color shops mein bhi mil jaaye, par aapko kuch zyada explore karna padega. Aur skilled labor ki baat karein toh, haan, thoda sa expertise chahiye hota hai. Par tension mat lo, Bhubaneswar mein bhi kisi achhe skilled labor ko zaroor mil jaayega. Construction shuru hua hai toh perfect timing hai Gypsum plaster ke liye! Nahi, aisa nahi hota hai. Agar plaster sahi tarike se kiya gaya hai aur surface properly dry ho gayi hai, toh koi pareshani nahi hogi. Yeh sabhi technique aur quality par depend karta hai.
Sahi hai ; ek aur naya kachhra market me aaya hai,kharido aur apni mehnat ki kamai ko fir kisi company ki jeb me daalo; bhai ko polymer based product k pros and cons ke baare me baat ni krni ,bas kharid lo !

Do not use directly on brickwork. Lot of problems were faced by owner after 😊 completion of works. It can be used after rough plaster just like pop wall punning.
