- We kicked off 2024 with our first couple's trip of the year to Jamaica! It was our first time trying out Secrets Wild Orchid and we are bringing you along to share in this experience!
Hi we’re Olu & Steph. Because we had to move around a lot for our training - she’s a lawyer, he’s a doctor - an immigrant parent’s goal couple lol - our first home was extra special to us because it was finally a place we could set our roots. Although not common, our goal is to make our first home our FOREVER home.
Also, with all of these home projects, it’s also good to step away from our forever home and take a break! So we travel!

Hi..Was airport transfer included in the preferred club upgrade?
I believe it was but you had to stay a certain amount of days, maybe like 3 or 4. Double check the website, it said it before I did the booking!

Nice! Thank you! I’m posting a more detailed review this week so be on the lookout. We did do preferred and I’d recommend it if it’s within the budget for you. I was nervous about trying out the hotel after watching some reviews. There pros and cons but ultimately we had a fabulous trip!

@@yourtwobiggestbills that's awesome! A lot of times when you book ocean view instead of ocean front, it's just a sliver of the ocean you see. I hope we get a similar view on our trip there this summer!
Did you have to rent the cabana on the beach?
The cabanas yes, but not the chairs that have the tropical umbrellas for shade. No charge for those and there were plenty.
