To be fair its pretty damn hard at times to catch suspects when you're patrolling such a large area as Toronto/GTA. Unless you're near the crime area and can respond quickly then its going to be to tough to catch people right away.

It almost seems like there is insufficient follow up on these stories. We'll be lucky if there are a couple news reports on the deceased, and incredibly lucky if they describe the suspect, even if they know who the suspect is.
It's unfortunate to hear about the shooting in the Don Mills and York Mills area, where I used to live and work. The incident, which left three people dead and put a daycare and a school into lockdown, shows just how easily our sense of safety can be broken.
It's frustrating that criminals and people affected by drugs keep causing harm, and it makes me wonder why the government isn't doing more to keep these dangerous individuals away from people who just want to live peacefully. Does the government only take action when a big incident and deaths occur?
I guess the killer might be an ex-worker who got fired and, in a rage, came back to take revenge by shooting. I've seen several documentaries about how crazy people can behave like this.

Generations of Canadians have to work , some two jobs to pay the bills and taxes that feed these immigrants who millions are on welfare . In my apartment complex they share 2-3 apartments with kids running all over, and each month on welfare day the men arrive to get their stud fees , drink beer and eat fast food. When Monday rolls around they leave in their BMW's and Mercedes Benz probably to go to their Federal jobs and nice apartments. The cycle continues each month.....they know the system very well..
