I personally feel very emotional listening to Sempiternal, and It's without a doubt my favourite album, but yeah emotional songs are great. But still the most emotional songs to me from them are Don't Go and It Never Ends.
Lots of people dont like this type of music, but honestly deep down, this is the most emotional music there can be. Yea it's all screaming and loud instruments. But screaming is one of the best ways to truly express yourself. Think about it, when you scream, you are using 100% of your vocal capabilities. I was never been able to scream, (ive always wanted to be able to scream) but then I went to this spiritual program, (not to learn how to scream.) But to get closer to God. And confess my sins to him. So they told me to scream them. And I didnt wanna do that cause I was never able to scream. But then after a few hours, I was ready to confess. Went outside, to the forest, they set up a pillow on the ground. I went on my knees, eyes closed and I started. 2 guys were guiding me in the process. They have gone through the same thing I was experiencing. I started confessing my sins with the loudest voice I could make. But then a couple minutes later something clicked, and I opened a door or I would say God opened me a door. I could scream now. I felt like I was oli Sykes. It brought me joy. I kept confessing all my sins to him and in the end. I was told to put my arms up and visualize God giving me a new clean heart. And the moment I did that. I was a changed person. With a new clean heart, cause when you confess your sins and your problems to him with your loudest voice. You are truly putting everything into the lords hands. Like if you have a heavy backpack and then someone else carries it for you. (This comment isnt Intended to tell you to believe in God. I'm just sharing my life changing experience, I missed out alot of details but the point is, you have a hidden voice inside of you and it's okay to let it all out every once in a while, it brings peacefulness in the end. Let your feelings out.

When I met Oli last year, I asked him what made him so emotional during this song, and he said that he just started thinking about all his fans who have hurt like him which made him actually start bawling while singing the song in the studio and they decided to leave that record in to put more of an emotional appeal to this song.
Long story short, there was a boy who lived in a small town that was liked by everybody. one night he was invited to go camping with some friends. they got there. 3 of them (i think it was a guy and two girls) said they'd be right back. they came back, brutally assaulted him, hacked him up with a scythe that they got from a nearby barn. It rattled the community because nothing like that had ever happened. And he just so happened to be a fan of BMTH. Oli was saddened by hearing this on the news, so he wrote this song for him.

There are certain that are dedicated to devil and pagan worship. But if you listen to the right screamo which is mostly what I listen to, then you can listen to what you love and still be right in your walk. I listen closely to lyrics of songs I find risky. Just be careful if you'd like. But remember listening to music can impact your walk with Christ in the end if you're listening to the wrong kinds of music. I can suggest listening to bands like underoath, wolves at the gate, Red. For me the non-christian bands that I listen to that I love are sleeping with sirens, asking Alexandria, pierce the veil, and a day to remember etc... Just remember Christianity isn't a religion, its not a church based people based practice. Its a relationship between you and God. Keep strong in that and you'll learn to find the answers to this. There are certain that are dedicated to devil and pagan worship. But if you listen to the right screamo which is mostly what I listen to, then you can listen to what you love and still be right in your walk. I listen closely to lyrics of songs I find risky. Just be careful if you'd like. But remember listening to music can impact your walk with Christ in the end if you're listening to the wrong kinds of music. I can suggest listening to bands like underoath, wolves at the gate, Red. For me the non-christian bands that I listen to that I love are sleeping with sirens, asking Alexandria, pierce the veil, and a day to remember etc... Just remember Christianity isn't a religion, its not a church based people based practice. Its a relationship between you and God. Keep strong in that and you'll learn to find the answers to this. That sounds like sleep paralysis. in a sleep state you cant move and your scared, even more scared, when you see an demon shadow figure and it would (most of the time) try to scare you more and or choke you, as of sitting on your chest or literally strangle you. those who suffer from SP go through this alot. This and many other stuff. and its not fun, im still scared of my episodes.

***** ikr. is it possible to feel sleep para before it happens? I would lay there and literally feel my body just slowly falling into it and it would scare me, because i know if i ignored it and just fell asleep i would awake in the sleep para. I would be so terrified of falling asleep. one of reasons why, i didnt only get choked, i was sexually assaulted in it by a dark shadowed creature with a hateful..hateful arua and it literally scared the sh*t out of me. When i got out, i felt raped...molested...I couldnt sleep for days after that. it happened twice only but i cant ever forget it.
Also with it, I notice those who suffer have even worse bad nightmares because some reason your dreams become more vivid and real. so sleeping is basically a scary no-go.
