Appart Hôtel Monastir room tour: great midrange self-catering waterfront hotel (Monastir, Tunisia,)

Today we are doing a two minute room tour of the Appart Hôtel Monastir, here in Monastir on Tunisia's beautiful Mediterranean coastline. The Appart Hôtel Monastir is located in the marina (Marina Cap Monastir), right on the waterfront, and offers a balcony looking out over the boats. It is one of the best hotels in Monastir for its price bracket, which is very reasonable at around USD40 or 120 Dinars. It is one of the top-rated hotels in Monastir on accommodation review sites like Google and TripAdvisor.
I paid for my own self-catering apartment and the management of Appart Hôtel Monastir did not know I was filming this room tour, so you can be sure that this is a genuine reflection of the type of room you would get it you visited while on holiday!

I don’t know when this was filmed but for over two weeks now Tunisia and the Maghreb region having a very bad weather.
Rain, Windy condition and even snow on the Hills over 700m

Yes, I have been hearing about the bad weather from friends in Tunisia. This was actually filmed in 2022 though, so some old bad weather sank that boat!
