Iâll never forget how much of a backstabber Fred is! He came in as an advisor to the Hoffman crew. Then jumped their claim! Heâs a scoundrel!
U should see and come join. Just how dirty the mining industry is? When you prospect new claim sites, its all about who submits the claim application first. So an example 10 prospectors can survey the same claim. Its whoever is faster. That means theres always ways to throw off competition and to give them false signals and samples and to even intercept and block data transfers.
As the hoffman claim he didnt steal it, he was given it by the claim owner. Claim owner can cancel an open ended lease at any time if the company extracting is failing to meet contract expectations. The hoffman crew wasn't producing enough gold fast enough in order for the claim owner to make an annual percentage. Therefore that is the polite industry way of saying,"get off my claim".
@@Diablofeb4 right... cause fred did so awesome after he stole the claim from the Hoffman's... fred and his pathetic self completely failed to properly mine the claim after he "acquired" it. He found a little bit more gold and then abandoned that spot himself rather than getting to the glory hole the Hoffman's found. Fred ought to be blacklisted from prospecting, mining, or even using a shovel!
@@meettheworld6241 like i said welcome to the dirty world of mining. I have over 17 claims and when i lease them to people, i do the exact same if they cant fulfill payment. I will sell to the next interested party right out from somebody elses nose. Its written in the contracts. As for freds success or failure thats up to him and his operations and the workers used. The claim he piggy backed was his own investment that made him go broke, which is why he had to abandoned the claim. After his son( a professional diver) paid for the failed prospecting trip in the mountains. You cant blacklist or ban for somebody failing or trying to locate minerals. They are legally clear as long as all royalties and percentages and permits and taxes are paid. Sadly Fred and all the other guys of these series is a small potatoe in a world with people wanting to learn prospecting/mining the hard way without the proper training and knowledge. Cant Dave turin technically used to work for his father and grandfather at the stone quarries they own, Same as parker with his fathers construction business and taking over an even percentage of all assets from his grandfather split between grandsons and relatives. Both guys get direct help and funding from the family operations. There is a lot of people in this world that fail harder and destroy more mining claims than these guys, the only difference is that these guys are being paid by discovery to create suspenseful content. Even tony is considered a junior miner because he has no investor backing and only works placer claims. Hoffman crew were the only ones to show their financial backer one season when their money ran out and it was a gold dealer out of texas.
P.s. that glory hole was compromised and way to dangerous. They should have open surface pit mine but the cost for small miners is way to high for them to ever see that glory hole potential actually pay off the operation cost to recover it. That first claim was destroyed by both mining groups. Why do you think natural resource safety officer stepped in!

@@derekpennington9563 bruh look up gold bearing rivers near you, go take a pan,find a secluded spot,and dig to gravel. Finding gold actually isn't that hard,it just takes a little research and alot of digging. Washington state literally has a beach where you can pan gold bearing sand right on the beach and every pan will have 30+ pieces of flower gold
This show is so bad. Bend the riffles lol. Maybe less water or and change the sluice angle.. Looking at the one pan from the tailings I would have rerun them but we know the show is just BS.

Try laying a cloth across the top of the water as the water is running so it can't keep air in it and it'll help Force the material down towards the ripples and potentially catch your gold and make this loose box at least four feet longer and slow the water flow down

U cant let a big dredge like that run lean on material u have to keep material going up the nozzle bending the riffles only messes up the vortex.
I would use Dream Mat with that much water. I have a 10x36 inch piece and it loves 4,000 gallons per hour.

Fred needs 400 watts of solar panels.. high dollar 8000 w inverter. just for plenty of power, 4 giant batteries, have that running an air compressor! start jackhammering from a bridge and weld handles onto the jackhammer it will allow you to just go deeper and deeper and deeper.. hook up the suction hose right to the side of the jackhammer. Two guys right by the jackhammer clearing big rocks.... and doing it all off the sun. Generator needs gas generator is also big heavy piece of crap nightmare. They could hook two or three suction hoses all around that jackhammer that's one big steel connection.. boiiii. I will come out there right now and help y'all engineer. .... I'll have it where are you got to do is bring your sluice box in and hook it up and we'll put five of these contractions all the way down the river everything will be prefabricated we can get dropped in one helicopter load to whatever spot.

Can't dive because he injured his hand, How come exactly ?. I've blown out the tip of my pinky and went back to work after a smoke. What's his excuse..I was working rod rigs when that happened. Working a forge I had crushed my pinky again cutting it open and had an 80 pound piece of metal fall off a magnet, miss my steel toe and landed on my foot. Foot turned slightly purple and once again I had a smoke and went back to work.
