View every page of this fantastic Collage book, Extra Ordinary Things to Cut Out and Collage, plus I review 6 other books you can use for collage, junk journals, art journaling, ephemera, tags, happy mail etc which we bought from Amazon.
I decided to do a flip through of these books because when you go to order online you only get the front page and a couple of the books were not suited for our purposes, so this way you get to see what you are getting before you buy.
Just search the titles in Amazon in your country, all except The Maria Rivans ExtraOrdinary THings to Cutout and Collage, are printed by Amazon so should be easy to find and get good delivery times.

I bet your mind was flowing of inspiration and mixed media ideas too when you very first saw these!? I have never done a collage before! Hi Yvonne, yes lots to choose from, Mum and I found a new Op shop today too. Apparently been there for years but who knew. We had a great time and bought some lovely goodies.

Yeah, books online don't show any pages from inside which makes it hard to know unless we can find a flip through. I tend to look for books I have seen on youtube so it really does help having these flip throughs.

Morning Julie, such lovely books, I am turning green with longing!!!! 😟🙁 have never seen anything like that in South Africa. When it comes to Junk Journaling, we really are at the very end of the world. Talk about Darkest Africa!!!🤐🤐😩😤 There are 1 or 2 I wouldn't use due to the size of the images, but on the whole, I would LOVE the WHOLE collection. 🥰🥰 (greedy, I know). ANYHOOOOOO thank you for sharing this video with us, it has certainly been an eye opener for me. Going to ask friends if they have stashed any of their OLD Christmas cards, old postcard or photos they no longer want, maybe I can build a collection that way. Am loving your videos and enjoying catching up on the "older" tutorials. Thank you again for the inspiration and the way in which you explain your method, love your train of thought. I had to come back and make another comment! lol As you were flipping through these books the thought of OMG these books would be SO awesome to use for a "family craft night" and I could come up with different themes each time for the collage to be of! My kids would love that! They are 11 & 9. These books are great! I am pretty sure I saw a video recently on how to take glossy pages and turn them matte or less shiny! If anyone is not liking the shinny pages they can search in CZcams for that!
Yes they are pretty awesome, the shiny aspect dosn't bother too much, if it does just glue down with matt medium (not mod podge) and that will take the shine off.
Thanks for sharing coz it is hard to see whats inside when buying online. I found you by accident as was looking for a flip through for collage books and glad I did. So great to find an Aussie collager. I find it too hard to find emphemera from places where postage isn't prohibitive or exactly what to type in...sigh so hope to pick up tips where to go from you. Looking forward to watching you collage.

I think its ok to order a parcel you want but don't need occasionally, as long as its not every day, unless you have bottomless pockets.

Because some people spend a lot of time creating beautiful books but totally neglect to please the Amazon algorithm. If you don't drop those pebbles, people can't get to your book. Then you have those who spend $$$ on ads, and they always show up first.

I don’t like there not stickers
You might like the Antiquarian sticker book better, some images are the same, but they are all stickers and matte paper. I have a flip through of that book also.
