අනේ අයියේ ලොකු උදව්වක් කරේ. මගේ මොළය ගොඩක් Overthinking යනවා. එහෙම යන කොට Stress එක වැඩි වෙනවා. Stress එක වැඩි උනාම මට කිසිම දෙයක් කරගන්න බෑ. මං කරන්න යන වැඩ වලින් පලා යන එක තමයි කරන්නේ. ඒ කියන්නේ මං ඒ දේ⁣ට බයේ ඒ වැඩේ අතෑරලා දානවා. මේක මෙල්ල කරගන්න විදිහ කියලා දුන්නට ගොඩක් පින් අයියේ. අ⁣යියේ විශාදය, කාංසාව තියෙන කෙනෙක්ගේ Mind එක හදාගන්න විදිහ ගැනත් හොයලා බලලා කියන්න පුලුවන්ද? ඒ දේවලුත් ඇතිවෙන්නේ Mind එක හා සම්බන්ධව ගනුදෙණු කරන්න ගිහින්. මොකක්හරි පිළිතුරක් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි.

OCD is a genetic illness. so it cannot be fully cured. and also I had depression and anxiety disorders. but somehow i could able to manage that. that's the only thing i can be proud about myself in my life
