    But if you think of it this way:
    That High Performance, Low Trust guy, you already know what type of person he/she is. On the other hand, that Low Performance, High Trust guy, everything is up in the air. You don't know if the dude is actually honest, or just faking it so you won't pay attention to his low performance

      Then u need to redefine trust..if u cant tell if someone is faking something, then u shouldnt be in the business industry..almost immediately u can tell if someone os faking it or not, if no, it will show after a few days working with u..an easy observation is ‘is he working for u or for himself??’

      @@Apezz19 Anybody can work on first establishing a good trusting relationship, so it's easier to get away with what they really wanted in the future. Nobody is out there working for anyone, but themselves when it comes to money. It's either the inexperienced greenhorn, or the honest sleaze. And, eventually the greenhorns will also grow into sleazes

      @@Kintaro426 hence it takes several years of work experience working in varied industry to be eligible to interview and hire another person .. these skills comes with experience..

      Then just hire your family and friends. Very high trust, but low or medium performance.
