I’m trying to apply for threshold three now but haven’t received feedback after completing the pre-assessment online. Maybe I should go again and enquire at their offices.

We are now migrating all of our curses to www.glcunuveristy.Co.za … Whilst the NYDA course on the old platform is free , the certificate from us comes at a fee of R750 since we have to do an oral exam with you . Let’s say you operated and faced some difficulties and stoped operating for the next few months on your first contract will they consider you on your next threshold ?

@@LuphumloJoka I’m at that stage where we need funding for the business, I’ve approached x and y but still waiting for that luck. Yes I’ve left my job early this year, it’s a risky world but I guess some things are worth sacrificing for.
Very tricky to monetise as you would need proof of potential profitability . Maybe try and posture yourself as a podcast studio and not just a podcaster . That is fundable beauave you can get letters of intents from other podcasters who would use your studio at a fee .

I think they do consider you if you are working , but please contact NYDA to make sure . Please rephrase question 2 ..
Some good points but those working with documents must provide the service. In the end it is a thalli tax payer money.

The best thing to do is to consult your nearest NYDA branch but I think you can. The proof of contract is important .
