  • The Australian Reptile Park have just smashed the record of the most venomous terrestrial snakes milked in one day, since the inception of the venom program. With the Park dedicating their time to milking approximately 300 venomous snakes every fortnight, the Australian Reptile Park’s Operations Manager, Billy Collett has just beaten the record by milking 150 snakes in one day!

    Not easy work. In the near future with more science and technological advancements it will take less snakes to get the desired anti venom to save one person. Currently you said it takes 7 snakes to make one vial of anti venom. What I mean maybe in future it will take half that number.
