"TNT" stands for words in Tagalog that mean "Call to the Stage", from a show of that name where they met and 1st competed as individuals. I'll let the Tagalog speakers that are bound to comment, give you the actual words. I think in this video they were 12,11,&10. Please react to more. The one with the long hair/bangs is Keifer.. He's 14 years old now.. Turning 15 on Nov. 25 2019..
The kid in the middle is Mackie..
He's now 13 years old.. and the sassy one is Francis.. He's now 13 years old either.. THEY MET IN A LOCAL SINGING COMPETITION IN THE PHILIPPINES
That was a whistle note. Keifer makes it look effortless because it is for him. He is 16 now and can still hit his whistle note.

They started singing together in 2017 their ages 410 11 and 12 chubby boy is the youngest the one that did the whistle note is the oldest the first show was in the Philippines little big shots that's the one you need to watch next and if you want to hear them all sing the whistle note watch the video of them singing on stage crushed velvet jackets the song is Oh Holy Night you're in for a real treat
