  • Even after the ship is moved, the crew might be stuck in Baltimore for a little while longer. Visas have expired and the union is waiting for direction from immigration authorities to figure out how to proceed.
The FBI confiscated all cell phones inside the DALI back in early April, as part of the ongoing investigation.
Meanwhile, Gov. Moore said he expects to have the channel fully reopened by the end of the month.

I don’t understand why they keep saying refloated. It never sank.

It was sitting on the bottom of the rive bed, outside of the channel. It grounded during the crash.

Actually they flooded the forward compartments to keep in stable. So technically the bow was sunk.

I agree. They should say "extracted from the debris" or something like that.

After these 2 months were all necessary repairs made so the ship would no longer lose power?

There's still work to be done. Reminds me of a manager who after work was completed commented "Now comes the real thing"

Obviously there are no qualified workers available to work in Maryland. This entire thing should have been cleaned up and done after 3 weeks.

Repair of this ship may cost a fortune may be half of the cost of ship and may be more it's good to total it and send to scrap yard
