Finer things club deserved to be in more than one episode, it would've been a good source of jokes and drama in further episodes.
I think they had a meeting or mentioned it in a later episode.

Bongo Dongo receptionist, accountant, and human resources are the most fun jobs you can have in an office? I think Hank has a more fun job since at least he gets a couple of traffic cones and an espresso maker.

Maan we had a similar club back in school, gathering to discuss books and music. Surprisingly, it was considered to be extremely cool, all the kids wanted to join us. After the meetings, we would play basketball or football. Such great times!

not really honestly they let everyone in the office know that they have a club in a specific place at a specific time so technically they can be respectful of what they’re doing it’s not like they sit there all day although i do agree with you M D that they could’ve reserved the conference room and had way more privacy and people wouldn’t disturb them then but ofc if they did that then this scene wouldn’t have been part of the show

Nah he seems interested in literature, he writes his own novels later on and got a book from Ryan for Christmas. Plus he’s constantly being left out by everyone so he’s probably happy to be able to talk to people about his interests in general!
