Really helpful video to see! I’m feeling like this going into second year in a few weeks! I feel like the expectations of me have gone straight up 😂 it always makes me feel better when other students and nurses say nobody knows everything. You’re so close to being qualified ! 🥳

Jon Awww don’t worry, at the end of the day we are still learning and training. And even when qualified we will still be learning constantly. We can’t know everything 🤗 you’ll be just fine! :) x

Has your mentorship changed to placement supervisor and assessor?

Maggie Warburton Theres talks about us doing this before we qualify :) but there’s nothing 100% set in stone yet I don’t think.
But I know the NQN are doing the placement supervisor / assessor courses now :) to be up to date with the new standards :) x
