recently got handed a 3 yr ban. I was on a student visa and due to personal matters, Covid and all that stuff, my CoE got cancelled and eventually my student visa expired. I applied for readmission and in the meanwhile got a bridging visa E. I got the readmission offer very late so I had to apply for another Bridging visa E and this time they said I would have to apply offshore for a new student visa but when I was going back they informed me that I'd received a ban, even though they'd assured me that I wouldn't receive a ban on phone when they granted me the second bridging visa. I want to complete my studies will I be able to appeal for a waive on my ban ??
