On the court, seems like a wildcard. Similar to Caris Levert especially with missing kicks. However, he could be a really good one as he has the athletic tools.
Outside of Shannon off the court, I am not sure if it is worth picking someone who is that old as well

He will definitely be available at 11. He will also be available in the 2nd round. While the bulls don't have a 2nd round pick they could easily decide to make a trade to get him there. There is also a slight chance that he goes undrafted because of his off the court issues. If he resolves them the bulls could maybe get him on a 2 way
