mam I have a ques that our judiciary is independent even after that the Chief Justice of INDIA and judges are selected by or appointed by President how this can happen president is a part of the Executive and executive and legislature can't interfere in judiciary as it is INDEPENDENT

3. The *appellate* system exists in India which means that a person can appeal to a higher court.
